I cleared the PPH ready test with 96% yet didn't get it updated on my profile. How to complain for that?

  no need to complain. Just speak to the customer service. You will see a live chat support on the bottom right hand side of your screen.

  hi ! I have the same issue as well . I completed it 83% and went back to my profile, and I can't see anything .
  Where is the "Live chat support" Located ?
