How to change my name on PPH?

Hi, I used my name on PPH as "Bilal Muhammad" but my name on all my IDs, other documents and accounts is "Muhammad Bilal". When I tried to connect my payoneer account to PPH, it says that you have different name on both PPH and Payoneer.

Please tell me how can I edit or change my name to "Muhammad Bilal". Is there any way to contact PPH support team? When I click on "Submit a request", it does nothing...

Any response from you or support team will be appreciated.

  In order to change your PeoplePerHour name, you will need to proceed and provide us with proof of identification. I have now opened a ticket with our customer support representatives and they shall help you through this process.
