Hello,

I have to payment withdraw request about 3 days ago and I selected immediate load. But I did not receive the payment in my Payoneer yet.

Please, anybody help me I have to contact the customer support thrice but I did not receive any response.

  Hello, 

  Our Customer Service and Payments team will be on annual leave over the following dates: 25th Dec, 26th Dec, 31st Dec and 1st Jan. No payments will be processed during these dates and customer queries will be answered when the team returns to work.
