Last name change & location

Hello !

I got to send the verification ID & stuff but these are always denied because my location is wrong and I can't change it. I don't even know why it's this location because it's not far from me but it's not mine.. so I think it was automatic. 
And I want to change my last name for the verification ID to prove it's me but I can't too. What is the procedure ?

  In order to change your PeoplePerHour name, you will need to proceed and provide us with a proof of identification. I have now opened a ticket with our customer support representatives and they shall help you through this process.
