Can l get paid for a project through someone else's paypal account?

I am a college student and due to some reasons I am unable to make my own PayPal account right now but I have access to the PayPal account of my brother so I want to know can l use it in the PPH account with name or it will need PPH account with my brother's account so that I can start working immediately but the problem will be he have entirely different qualification and he is experienced too while I am just a college student.

  Hello Som, 

  You can proceed with it, yes, but in order to do so, we will have to also verify your brother identification in order for the names to match. I have raised a ticket with our customer support representatives and they shall reply to you today advising you on how you should proceed. Those are private details and I would prefer it if discussed in emails and not publicly.
