refund not paid

few weeks ago i posted a couple of projects on PPH and the freelancers declined to complete the project on the agreed price hence i requested for a refund and i recieved a message from PPH that my money has been refunded back to me. i relied on the message and didnt check my account to see if the money has been paid back into my account or not, yesterday i was checking my account and noticed that money have not been paid back into my account. i tried to contact PPH customer service ,weirdly there is no contact number or email address that i could contact them and raise the issue. if there is a contact number or email address it is somewhere which is hard to find. very dissatisfied. i was so happy when i first came accross PPH because i really thought it was such a great idea and i was thinking of using it more as this is what i was looking for for a long time but now it has shaken my confidence. please anyone can help?

Dear Mohammed,

Kindly email your concern to support@peopleperhour.com and a ticket will be raised automatically.

You should receive a reply from them.

The support staff is slow because of the amount of tickets generated daily and also because PPH has just a few people in their support team.

I am having an issue with my feature profile not being featured. almost 4 days and still no solution.
