I am paid for NDA before accepting proposal

Dear PeoplePerHour, 

I am paid 34$ for request NDA to signed by freelancer and he said "Didn't receive NDA to be signed", and asked to prepared to NDA and he will be signed. 

 

Then, why your website presenting these features without providing that as other website similar to your industry?

 

Please advise.

  Hi Adnan,

   

  first of all, let me say that we would never show a feature and make users pay for it without providing it to them.

  In this case I think there has been a misunderstanding, so I have to ask you sorry for this. Upon returning to the workstream with the freelancer, if you clicked on "REQUEST NDA" and "SEND", the freelancer would receive this NDA.

  Perhaps it is not that clear so we will make sure to check and change the process to make it clearer to users.

  Since you didn't use the NDA, the amount will be refunded to your card (you will see the funds in your card in 3-5 business days).
