Some Advice Because People Per Hour Could Be Better.

I would have sent this in an email but you guys do things through forum.... I see so many problems.... let me talk about some issues and recommendations because you don't offer much value.

1. Would I spend the money  to belong? No. Why? The proposals for each job are beyond enormous that I would never want to pay a subscription and fighting against those odds as unestablished user. The fact that the proposal for each job are incredibly elevated compared to similar platforms indicates to me that you guys don't have many jobs offered. At least, no where near the amount of jobs listed on other platforms.

2.  I think it is sneaky to request a monthly fee. Why? You are not making money off of each job as much as you profiting for the monthly sum. I am guessing 10% of monthly users actually find your website useful.

3. Instead of monthly fee why not a free forum with reduced fees but a series of levels people can subscribe to for advantages. No other platform does a monthly fee which I would imagine is because they think they can get more money from their current setup.

4. The reason I stopped after the first week was the incredibly large amount of scams. Block IP addresses! I cannot describe how many scams that people tried to run on me. Why would I pay a monthly fee for that?

5. Unless an individual exerts a large amount of time and effort to receive a favorable portfolio in the grace period, there is no motive for paying each month. 

6. Even if I had an established record, I would never pay for jobs that have 5 times the amount of proposals then similar platforms like upwork and guru.
