I would like to change my account type from Buyer to Freelancer,

Please guide me in this regard

  As soon as you sign up at PeoplePerHour you are automatically a buyer. In order for you to change your profile to freelancer you simply have to submit your freelancer application by clicking here:  https://www.peopleperhour.com/member-application.
