My application rejected Third time ,I don't know why ?

Hello,

My application was rejected for the 3rd time and I did everything I've been told to 

(Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour).

I tried to contact the online support team  .I hope from this message you can help me , I'm new here at this site  & seeking for you kind support.
