I forgot my security question answer. I cannot enter in payments option. Please help me to change my security question

  Hello,

  In order to reset your security question you will need to provide us with a proof of identification. I have now opened a ticket with our customer experience representatives in order for them to resolve it as I do not want you to send any private information under this thread.
