In the secret question, I chose my mom's birthday, but it looks like I clicked the wrong number when I entered it. Now when I enter it correctly it tells me that it is not correct. Please reset it for me, I will correct this absurdity.

  Hello,

  In order to reset your security question you will need to provide us with a proof of identification. I have now opened a ticket with our customer experience representatives in order for them to resolve it as I do not want you to send any private information under this thread.
