Buyer has closed account before payment

Hi,

I have completed work and am trying to raise an invoice but receive the below message when I try to do so.

The specific Stream has been blocked because Charmaine L. is no longer an active member of PPH. Please note that all available Escrow funds have now been credited to the Buyer's PPH account.

 

Please advise

  Happened to me and I lost money like this, went to attach the work and found out. Buyers shouldn't be allowed to close accounts when a workstream is active

  I can't believe the system has a loophole like this. I had submitted my work but now have nothing to show for it.

  I agree with you, Grace. At least, PPH should have something not to allow users to deactivate their account while having an active project or the funds in it.
