I can't change my PayPal account.

When I try to set my PayPal account (which is the same than my PPH user) the system automatically puts another email of mine ( that btw, I don't remember to set) and it says that my account is being verified and it won't let me change it!! I already tried to log-in through another browser and use the incognito mode but I keep receiving the same!!!
PLEASE HELP
