i had finished the work and send the files to the buyer and he accept the invoice and even left feedback

now the Withdrawal rejected because PPH need to verify the buyer's documents! what ? after he pay and you got your fee and all work is done you need to verify the buyer , and what if he didn't answer , you will refund him ??

it happened to me before but the buyer deactivate his account after i sent him the files and raised the invoice and then he get back the deposited money in my account ???

i think it's a good deal any one can open new account and ask for work then , close his account or didn't verify him self and get all the money back ???

where is the seller protection if the buyer can get his money back even if it's his fault or if he did something wrong  ?
