I'd like to use the £25 for a job that has been done. Well, actually the guy spent time on trying to do the job, but didn't actually manage to do it. He did try, so I'd like to use the £25 to send to him and not the money in my escrow. But as I didn't get anything I don't want to pay him either obviously. I use PPH quite a bit and know he genuinely could not help.

I have also received an email with an offer of £25 to kick start a project. It says the money will be in my 'wallet'. But I can see no wallet option?

Hi!  Any updates on the £25 gift from PPH?  It states in the email received from PPH that and I quote:  "This money is saved in your wallet and ready to be redeemed against any project or offer".   Yet when I try to redeem the £25 gift I am told via a pop-up message:

    Accept Proposal

Make a downpayment (escrow deposit) which PPH will keep safe until work is delivered and you are happy to release it..."...

Since I have PPH's gift of £25 in my Wallet - why do I need to make an escrow deposit?

Time is ticking away ... this "Gift" expires soon and then will not be able to be redeemed.

Please resolve this ongoing issue.  Thanks.

Hi, was this resolved? I have the exact same problem. I am ready to purchase a job and the 'gift' isn't in the wallet.

    Many thanks.

Hi, I have the same problem as above, I tried to redeem it last night before 21/03/20 to pay a logo design fee and it wasn't there... not happy. If you could open a ticket for me too that would be much appreciated. Thanks, Matt.

I have the exact same issue. I opened a new project, got an offer and now have to pay full price for it. The £25 gift expires tonight but I can't find my wallet and it doesn't get deducted from the total so I now have to pay full price. This isn't a very good system!

I have been waiting for well over two (2) weeks for this issue to be resolved by PPH Support ... my ticket is still open 14 days later - and no joy...

Obviously - time to redeem PPH's £25 gift  has now run out ...

Issue that needed to be resolved as per my post above:

I agree, it's very frustrating. I paid for my gig in full, hoping the voucher would be applied at checkout. It wasn't. Then PPH deposited the £25 into my wallet after it supposedly expired, and I'm now back to square one. I've already paid in full for my gig, and cannot withdraw the £25 as cash, only apply it to yet another paid gig, which may or may not work. Very misleading, and not very good at all.
