After waiting for 1 month for a delivery and getting a terrible delivery now what do I do?
AnsweredDoes anyone know how to solve this problem.
So the freelancer has sent me a terrible delivery and then promptly sent his invoice.
So...
Now I have rejected the invoice.
What happens next - how do I get the money back into my account? Has anyone had this issue before?
I would appreciate your help because people per hour support is not forthcoming on this one! I think they may all be on holiday LOL!

Thank you for your message and I apologise for the inconvenience you are having.
You may continue with requesting for a refund by clicking on the more option (you can find this above the box you usually reply to your freelancer with in the workstream) and then choose refund. Please find a screen shot attached for more clarification
