I received the belown message but I am totally new on PPh and have no idea how my WorkStream violated your terms and conditions. Is it possible for you to explain what I did wrong and how I should do different?

i need to send information about my web site to programmer so he can fix my problems ...is send url forbidden ?  and how will send he information about my work to make ?
