0% commission on all projects with referred clients doesn't work

Hi.

I invitred my client through sending him an email from this page:

https://www.peopleperhour.com/zero-service-fee?ref=dashboard

 

He registered an account through that link, we start a project (and I asked PPH support a question about 0% fee and they assure me that everthing is correct and when I get my payment there will be no comission).

And now I see that PPH took their regulat 20% fee.

    That was a dialogue between me and Tech Support:

    (09:27:06 AM) Dmitriy Kuznetsov : Today he created a job, but when Im trying to send him proposal, I see a PPH comission

    (09:29:36 AM) Margarita: Hello, Dmitriy Kuznetsov ! My name is Margarita.
    (09:29:46 AM) Margarita: The commission will not be charged on the final invoice.
    (09:30:09 AM) Margarita: The system cannot detect that you and this client are working under 0% fee scheme
    (09:30:20 AM) Margarita: When your invoice is paid, you will not get charged.
