Received a voucher email worth £25 but able to to redeem.

Hi,,

 

I received an email with a voucher worth £25 but as instructed to check in My Money section under Payments for this amount but all I see is 0.00. I have just agreed a job and I'm not able to apply this voucher to this job. I will need to agree this job now to get the job done soon but will I get a refund of this voucher amount later once this issue is resolved?
