£25 gift offer

I have just tried to redeem the £25 gift offer that I received by email but I cannot see it reflected in my account. It is due to explore tomorrow (21 March). I see other people have had the same problem. Can you help here?

  Hello

  I received a £25 gift offer that is supposed to expire today. I went to use it today and it has disappeared from my account? Do you know who I contact to get this rectified?

  I also received a £25 gift but it wasn't applied to my account. It was nowhere to be seen. I am wondering whether that was intentional or something did happen. The email said it will expire on the 30th of March, but I checked several times before that and no luck.

  I am experiencing the same issue...

  I do not see that the "gift" has been applied to my account...
