    Did you end up paying 20% or 0% commission?

    A client joined with same method (using my referral link) but I'm not sure if it works like that. And customer support seems to be horrible here.

    Hey Mateen. Apparently, there are two ways through which you can invite your clients, but the only one of them works properly. The one that works is to invite your clients by putting email in the invite section and ask the client to register on PPH using the same email.

    I see. So you had to pay 20% commission for the project and PeoplePerHour did not refund that.
