Rejected Application

I am new to this platform and I wast sent an email saying that before they approve my application, I need to provide my real name, which I provided from the very start, and my location, which I wasn't able to change in my profile. I went to my profile and did necessary changes but when I pressed done, I checked my profile once again but then nothing changed. I need your help to overcome this problem and for me to be able to start working using this platform.
