Rejected Application

My application rejected. So I sent my document of proof to the support team and I received the support team's response. The response from the support team is as follows.
"We're happy to tell you that we have reviewed your documents and your PeoplePerHour account is now verified."
However, after logging in when I click on switch to freelancer dashboard , I got the following message . "Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on People Per Hour."
So how do I get a job at PPH?
I hope to reply to this and approve my application by you.

Hello Matiur,
Your PPH account was verified but the Seller application was not.You have a dual account, and for the time being you will be unable to offer any of your Freelancer services.
