PHP Balance

I am trying to use my PHP balance to partially pay for my job and although it is ticked and tells me the balance that needs to pay the payment shows a full payment without deducting the PHP.  Does anyone know what to do.  Appreciate your help

  No one has contacted me and this has still not been resolved.  I need to pay my freelancer but I want to use the balance in my account.

  Also my security password keeps saying wrong answer but i know it is correct as I know where my mother is born!!!!

  Please get someone to fix both these issues so that I can pay my freelancer.

  Please send me an invoice with the balance in my PHP account and also reset my password as I cannot get into my account.
