Failed to join PPH third time

Hello, My Name is AnnasZulfiqar, I have been working as a freelance graphic designer for more than two years. previously I was working at some other platforms but due to some reasons, I left them and tried to make an account on Peopleperhour but After the third time, they did not approve my account.
I don't know what I am doing wrong, they did not even show me my mistakes. Believe me, I completed all the requirements still could not able to get through it. NEED HELP! I cant resubmit my application again.
