Money Withdrawal problem

Hello, I withdrew money from PPH two days ago to my Payoneer account but till now I did not receive it.

the money is no more showing in the PPH account but I did not receive it.

All documents are approved by PPH. And also my Payoneer account is approved by PPH

Please Help.
