£25 credit not applied to purchase of hourly

I was sent email by PPH with a £25 credit which expires today. I have found the person I want to spend the money with but when I attempt to purchase the hourlie it attempted to take the full £33.80 without applying the £25 credit. Today is the final day so what can I do? Does it just mean I have left it too late?

  Hi, my £25 credit has been removed even though it doesn't expire till tomorrow or was it 23:59pm today. Found someone I wanted to use it on?

  Mine said it expired on the 31/03 (today) and I logged in this morning to redeem (offers ALWAYS last till midnight) and it was removed - coincidentally - at 8:29am today.  What cheek!

  Same here I downloaded the £25 credit and then signed up to some work to be completed and not applied, can someone shed some light on this? Total mispromotion and unfair as it stands
