Application rejected due to real name and location

I got rejected 2 times cause review team said that I did't provide real name and location. When I try to change my name and location system didn't give me the access of this property.

    my application got declined why i dont know i entered all details correctly why they are rejected and again i edit they application they accepted but at my profile showing contact peopleperhour i need help regarding this i Need job b

    I have the same problem, I believe it's just an automated check, I even put a comment to check if a human was actually reading it and guess what, I got exactly the same automated answer, so I'm not sure if I'm wasting my time trying to get this sorted when there are many other platforms out there to work as freelancer, really not impressed with their service :(

    My application has been rejected as it says incorrect name and location. I have tried providing my correct location which is Panaji, India instead of London, UK as it says currently. But the peopleperhour website does not save the same. Please change my location at the back-end and allow me to post for projects. I am available at muditsibal@gmail.com incase any further verification is required.

    I received an email saying my application has been accepted and the location is now correct but when I go to post a job or look for projects the same rejection message comes up again. Please see attached and let me continue to work on PPH

    My PPH application was rejected due to incorrect location. I tried editing my location and received an email saying my application has been ACCEPTED but I am still getting the attached message.
     
    Please advise.
