Giving Review to Freelancer While Continuing Work on Project

A freelancer doing work for me has been doing a great job but it's more of a long-term role so we don't want to finish the open workstream. Can I leave him a review on his page so he can get more work without ending the workstream?

  Hi Liam,

  Concerning long-term projects it is recommended to set milestones, so that you have the chance to review deliverables more often and provide feedback iteratively on the work done. For each deliverable freelancer will raise an invoice, and upon paying the invoice you will be able to officially leave a review. In other words, a review is tied to a deliverable/invoice.

  Alternatively, you can endorse them for particular skills where they excel and write more about them. This can be done anytime. Just visit their profile and click on the Endorsements tab ('Endorse <freelancer>').
