    Me too. i ask it CC and the give following answer. but they want to understand we also face Hard Time. not only the team. we need money for get some foods and every things. we trust them.

     

     

    In general withdrawals are processed everyday Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. If you request your withdrawal before 12pm (UK time) on a working day it is typically processed that same day. If you request your withdrawal after 12pm (UK time) on a working day, or on a non-working day, then it will be processed on the next working day.
     
    However, because of the pandemic and the situation it has caused, there may be unfortunately delays in withdrawal processing times.
     
    We make every effort to ensure that withdrawals are processed in a timely manner, but given the existing queue, we cannot guarantee you a specific time frame for the processing of the withdrawal.
     
    We really hope for your patience and cooperation during this hard time.

    A few months ago I put up a post because I was surprised that they seemingly do the payments manually - LINK

    This could be why the payments are taking longer to be put through. I'm not excusing it though, its embarrassing that a company in 2020 doesn't have software automatically putting through withdrawels - this was an issue before COVID.

    Of course it could be something else like a cash-flow problem for PPH which is why I'm not doing any more work on PPH (unless the money was already in escrow) as I'm not 100% confident that I will be paid.
