Rejecting my application fro a third time!

Hello,
I was trying to get started here. But it's very interesting that my application has been rejected by you for the 3rd time before starting anything! I can see this message.

What does it mean by "rejected for a third time"! I entered your website yesterday for the first time in my life and completed the 5 steps with all of my genuine information for creating an account. I have been working on different platforms like Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer for a long time with professionalism and success. May I know the reason for rejecting my application, please? And what should I do to start here? Thanks in advance!
