Invoice paid by the client, but I didn't received the money

Hello!

I just finished a job and the client paid the invoice for it.
However, the money are not showing in my account [it's the first time this happends since I work on this platform].

What is the issue and how this can be solved?

  is it pending on the workstream? some invoices get checked and can be pending for up to 3 days.

  Yes, it is pending on the workstream.
  
  

  But the client was able to leave me feedback after paying the invoice. This is curious - to me - as it is the first time it's happening since I work here.

  Happens to me quite often, they have to audit invoices and workstreams it be in your account wallet within 3days

  It's curious, as I said, as by now this was happening instantly.
  I just hope that everything is ok and that the funds will be added to my wallet.
