I have an Unpaid invoice after 8 days

I did my work and buyers likes it. He replied with a thank you message but didn't at my invoice. I raised my invoice on 1st may now it's 9th may today but he is not online even. What should I do?

  If you raised an invoice money held in the escrow will be released after 14 days (not weekends or bank holidays) and offers will be released after 7 days (not weekends or bank holidays)

  Hi Adam,

  80% of the total amount is held in the escrow while 20% has to be paid by the buyer and let me know what does offer means here?
