Hello, I'd like to know how to work with my client on hourly basis since there is no time tracker. It's the first time I have a job like this and I'd like to know how the invoice should be once the job is done. Thank you.

  Upwork has an hourly time tracker that runs on Windows 7 that works very well (puts real money into your bank account after a review period of about 10 days).

  Maybe the PeoplePerHour staff would prefer you use Upwork.

  Unfortunately, Upwork charges a small fee to bid on each project.

  Facing similar problem here as well
  
  Request to PPH team to kindly guide us how to initiate a hourly contract from the workstream so as client can approve it.
