Add a confirmation feature to the 0% Commission Scheme
AnsweredI recently signed up an 'existing customer' to PPH using the referral link provided to me.
I then completed a job with my client and only found out after the invoice was payed that PPH had still taken a comission fee.
This was very frustrating as I specifically went through this process in order to get my client set up for future work on PPH and I came out with less money than had I done the work outside PPH.
After contacting support I was told my client may have signed up incorrectly (or had a previous account with PPH but this was not the case).
I am frustrated that the system as it currently stands forces you to complete a job and potentially lose money as I have in order to confirm your client’s 0% commission status. This has thoroughly put me off the process and I won’t be trying to bring any more clients on board PPH as a result.
Going forward I would just like to make a formal request that a confirmation feature of some kind be implemented into the scheme to avoid instances such as these.

I am really sorry for this. I can understand your frustration, and as the Product Manager who deals with the Referral programme of the platform I will take your comments into consideration, especially now that we are in the phase of planning some major updates in it.
