Application Rejected Third Time.

Hello, as I am new to PeoplePerHour.com. I had no idea about the whole procedure. I have filled every mandatory field. Updated my portfolio which I believe is strong enough to make my application acceptable. I have noticed that my application is rejected the third time. As much I remember I had applied one time, but if I did three times accidentally, I apologize.

Please let me know what else should I do to get my letter accepted.
