I need assitance with the rejection of my withdrawal account

My withdrawal account has been rejected stating that the payment method is under a different name.
This fact is inaccurate, the Paypal account I have provided as a withdrawal account is mine and so is my profile information in PPH.
I have two given names and two last names (the two of them are present on my Paypal account and only one of them on my PPH profile), I can attach a copy of my ID and any other probatory documents if you provided me with a private communication support mean. Therefore, some systems take my first given name as the main one, like the banks that have issued my credit cards, while other systems take the second one as the main (most of legal documents), that is where the difference is coming from.
I kindly ask you to review my request since I have already submitted works and I need to get the payments for them.
I would really appreciate your help on this matter.
