I got the following notification. "Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour." Why?

  I got the following notification. "Your application has been rejected for the third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour." Would you please clear me what's the reason for rejection? Would I update my profile once again?  Is this possible or not?
