i  am fil up all requirements, i am working on fiverr.com also. and i am level 2 seller, why my application rejected?

  My Application is getting rejected 3rd Times,What is the Reason?.

  I have filled all the necessary fields.Also i don't know how i resubmit my PPH profile.
  I will make all the necessary changes in my profile please review my application.
