application is rejected for third time??

I registred my account first time on Peopleperhour, and rejected for third time? i can not understand, how can my registration rejected third time.
If some mistake happen from my side, so please correct me or inform me.
I am needful person to do this job.

I registered my account on Peopleperhour for the first time but it has been notifying me that it has been rejected for third time. I can't understand, how can my registration can be rejected for the third time. Would you please let me know why has it occurred like that? Also the reason why my application has been rejected?

I have the same issue as rest, I dont know whether someone in playing prank from Support side or what.
Because as Rest I also Registered for first time while the Alert says my Application was Rejected for the Third time.
#Supportteam plz look after the issue and Sort it out ASAP
