Application Rejected

Hi, 

I am unable to make any changes to my profile. Even though I have saved the changes it still comes up with the old information. Post that now I am getting a message which says the Application is rejected for the 3rd time. Can anyone help me with it?

  I think they do not have any reason for it. It should be blocked by google or who giving it access on the net
