"real name and location"

 Hi, have received an email requesting me to provide my "real name and location" and resubmit my application.

My real name and location are already there on my profile and my Facebook page are linked to my account to it's easily verifiable.

The might be bit of name change in facebook account where i use title with name.

Any help?

  Same issue with me, except of the fact that I don't have facebook, but all the rest is ok, I put my real name and location, I don't know what is wrong, any help ?
