How can I release escrow to account?

HI 

I have finished my first job and buyer paid 10$ but its in escrow and he doesn't know what to do more.

How can I releae escrow to my PPH account?

I need your help.

  Hello, For money to be released from escrow either an invoice needs to be raised(for the money to be released to the freelancer), or a refund (for the money to go back to the buyers wallet)
