Can not post offer

Hello, I am new there. A full fill all requirement but when I go to Post Offer, it says, Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour. So now what show I do? What step should I taken?

  I am new here. I have created my profile. and verified my account by mobile number and mail. but now when I click post offer it says "We are close now"

  Yes, the market is saturated.  You have to wait three months to be able to apply again.
