REJECTION OF MY APPLICATION

My application got rejected stating "application rejected for third time". I am not sure what's the issue  since this is the first time i'm applying. Kindly help me to get through this.

    I have same issue. "Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour."

     

    I am puzzled with term "third time" - because this is my first ever registration.
