Referral voucher not in my account

Was introduced to PPH and had message saying £30 voucher in my account. Posted a project, but no voucher and had to pay. Emailed the support email 5 days ago and no response? 

Not impressed with customer service and customer promises. 

How can I possible recommend this site to others, when the promise is not delivered on???

  Hi Tony ,

  You need to pay invoice of at least £50 (or €70 or $75) to £30 voucher
