buying bid credit

Hi,

I got a question. Assume that I have bought 30 proposal credits and used 10 of them in this months. 20 of them rollover to the next month. At the beginning of next month, pph give 15 free proposal credits, so I got 35 in total at the beginning of next month. If I use 15 proposal credit in next month, do I consume from the free proposal credit first, or from the 20 credits that I bought? Which group is consumed first? Free ones or those I bought? Since one group rollsover to the next month and the other does not, I think it should be clear.

Why would it matter? The outcome - amount of bids would be the same?

@Nancy it would matter, as the free credits don't roll over but purchased one can. So if the second month has 35 credits, and we use 30, will the remaining 5 would be free ones, or purchased ones. In other words, will they roll over to third month?
