stop my subscription/PPH Feature Profile Fee

I didn't realize that the $4.00 fee was gonna be every single day and since it is difficult to navigate this site I would like to deactivate my account even but MOST importantly stop that $4.00 charge... I literally spent hours clicking all over the place until I could find the statements outlining my charges because the bank called me about it this morning...
