Applicaton rejected again and again

Hi PPH Team!

I submitted my application yesterday and received feedback that my application was rejected for the 3rd time. I can't know how an application can be rejected thrice within seconds of submission of the application. More so when the website stated that my application would take around a week for approval.  Please look thorough into it as soon as possible. I am shocked.

Please resolve this.

  Even I am having the exact same issue. Requested once but got rejected thrice! how?

  I'm getting a mail that my application is accepted but when i click that, my dashboard shows your application has been rejected thrice...…
